Singapore's Charm

Our southern neighbour is not really my holiday destination. It is just like Kuala Lumpur, a big city and offering what a city can offer - shopping malls. Somemore Singapore is humid and stuffy and I also think it is an expensive holiday destination. Unless of course if you are visiting with a mission and we do have one.

The trip was planned by our friends and surprisingly it was same date as our trip last year. Non of us realise it until Immigration Officer stamped our passport! 

However, this time I'm a bit disappointed because I wish to go via train. Unfortunately the tickets sold out. Dah lama berangan nak naik keretapi & singgap Kluang for their kaya toast.

DAY 1

You will agree that Singapore is a clean and safe city. Not once Ziela or I have to worry about snatch thief or Mat Rempit. Lunch at Killiney Road, Warung M. Nasir a nasi padang restaurant and walk to our hotel at Orchard Road. 


It was delicious! My fav would be their chicken cooked with santan and sweet tauchu. A bit like combination of masak lemak and rendang
Dinner was sup tulang merah. Not really a fan so it was ok-ok aje. But the trip to Mustaffa has charmed me to like Singapore even more. It is like Mydin but better selections and quality brand. You can get the latest Corelle, Vision, and Tefal over there. Oh my inner Nigella dance with joy. The place is so huge! Didn't buy anything tho

Before that we stop at Marina Bay and I got myself a travel book by Louis Vuitton! 


Best Sales Assistance ever! Unpretentious, polite and passionate about the brand! You ask anything about LV and he has the answer  
 

Travel, fashion and photography! I could spend days in this section!  

DAY 2

Nothing special. Just walkabout while wait for flight. But our lunch is worth mentioning. We went to Badoque Cafe at Beduk Road. Portion is big and price is reasonable.   
The travel buddies went to airport straightaway but my husband and I stay for a movie session. That is another Singapore's charm btw, watching movie uncensored. 

These are my Singapore's charm. Can't stay too long but can't be too short.

Konvensyen HAVOC Hartanah CariRumah.com.my

Sebagai real estate negotiator kenalah sentiasa up to date perkembangan terbaru. Jangan malu dan malas mencari ilmu. Saya sedar saya tak boleh hanya berharap bacaan online sahaja. Sekarang semakin mudah kerana ramai taiko dan guru yang willing to share their knowledge membuatkan semakin mudah untuk berkongsi dan mendengar.  Antara nak atau tidak.

Sambil itu, dapat juga saya bersosial dengan kawan-kawan baru dan bertemu bakal clients, sama ada membeli atau penjual.  Kiranya ini part of marketing strategi juga. 

Pada 7.6.14 (Sabtu) saya berpeluang untuk ke Konvensyen Havoc Hartanah bertempat di Kompleks Karangkraf. Sangat teruja memandangkan saya terlepas peluang untuk hadir ke Konvensyen Pejuang Hartanah. Apa yang saya boleh saya katakan ialah Malaysia perlukan lebih lagi majlis sebegini. Tiket masuk hanyalah RM50 dan sambutan sangat bagus. Full house!

Speaker yang ada juga sangat hebat seperti Tuan Azizi Ali, Encik Faizul Ridzwan, Mr. Ho Chin Soon, Mr. Edwin Wee, Mr. Ersnest Towlie, dan Encik Safuan Rahman. 

   

Jadi for RM50 and you get all of these gentlemen, I say it is RM50 well spent. Faizul was talking about choosing location, Ho Chin Soon tackling subject of analysing hot-spots and many more. 

I really look forward for another Konvensyen and hopefully to meet as many people as I can.

Cuaca Panas....

Memang lah kaki complaint kan....cuaca panas terus malas nak drive around cari listing. Harap buat farming dari rumah sahaja. Sambil mengadap PC, browse sana-sini. Untung-untung dapatlah quality listings. 

Sekarang ni temperature lebih kurang 30 to 32 degrees. Berpeluh tau. Dah tak pakai lagi baju ada inner atau tudung hitam. Mekap pun dah tak tebal, takut jerawat naik. Banyak ek cerewet orang perempuan ni >.<

Tapi dalam cuaca panas ni pun,banyak juga calls beri good respond kepada signboard yang tergantung. Tertanya juga adakah mereka tak terganggu dengan cuaca panas berpusing cari rumah? Untuk itu saya berterima kasih dan bersyukur masih dapat juga meniaga. 

Antara yang best bekerja sendiri ni beginilah. Dapat urus & atur masa sendiri mengikut kehendak keadaan.

May 2014 is a celebration month! About friendship and love

Sepatutnya belajar bukan bergembira. Tapi itulah yang I buat! Did I regret it? Nope! Why should I?

May 1st - 4th I went to Jakarta with my childhood friends. We practically grew up together and when life get in our way we choose our path and now we are back together. Maybe we have learn to manage our business and family and personal life. Thanks to technology too we have WhatApps group and update each other now. From business to shopping to diet and basically everything.

Sesungguhnya I'm so happy dapat bersama semula. Bila masing-masing dewasa & mengejar cita-cita, persahabatan terhenti tetapi bersambung seperti tiada pause diantara kami. That's why I love these girls!


The trip is all about shopping. For me, since I gained a 'few' kgs. I need to change my wardrobe. Suka sangat ke Rumah Mode sebab dapat beli blouse yang tiga kali murah dari sini.

Penat Bandung/Jakarta tak habis lagi, I sibuk pulak hari Sabtu. Ada dua wedding di Bandar Diraja, satu di Kelang & satu di Seri Meranti.

Beautiful & scenic views driving to Seri Meranti. 
Then on that night, I had dinner at Pullman Putrajaya with my girlfriends. We counted how long our friendship and wow! it is almost 20 years. I'm blessed to know these girls and entering my adulthood with them. This is the highlight of the weekend. We spend the night laughing and walking down memory lane and continue during breakfast the next morning.

Jamie was my pengapit on my wedding day and she is getting married on 1st June this year (sehari sebelum birthday I). Can't wait for her big day!

Half May has gone. It was fun and fulfilling. Masa untuk belajar dengan tenang.

STUDY LEAVE

I am now decided to concentrate on my study before exam in August. I have decided to take study leave beginning May and to spend time in library.

I decided to become a license agent and to be professional Real Estate Agent. I feel it is the best for my future and who knows what will happen if I become too old to go for viewing and farming for listings?  Being a license holder, I can own my own firm and put my name on the door.

Unfortunately for me, last year I only passed two subjects from six. I have to re-sit and complete it before I can proceed to do Part 2, practical, interview, and subsequently become full fledged agent.

As usual, I already started berangan what the company name will be.

I Like To Start My Week On Tuesday

Yep, that's me. Monday too early and Wednesday too late. Also the main reason is I always has crazy hectic schedule Sundays.

So I start my week productively.  I went visiting three locations of properties for sale. One location is due for a long time.  So productive so proud with myself.

As I blogged earlier, I am now promoting Alam Sanjung and a site visit is due as their construction works is progressing accordingly.  I went with Puan Nora (RPSA Principal), Nana, Enna, Nini & Ikhwan. We were brief about the progress of sale as well as construction. Definitely will be ready by 2016.

 

Next, is Subang Hi-Tech warehouse. I'm not that familiar with commercial properties and this will be my new venture.



Last stop was actually a friend's house in Kg. Tunku @ Petaling Jaya SS1/11A.

Yep, market is slowing down. I feel it since late last year. I received fewer respond, be in via calls or e-mail either from advertisement from newspaper, signboard, and flyers. Bummer!
